I infused my vodka with ginger. If you don’t have time, just skip this step. The ginger ads a nice zip, but the pumpkin tastes great without it too.
Slice ginger into thin slices and marinate in vodka for one week.
In a shaker; combine ginger vodka, pumpkin purée, agave and pumpkin spice. Add ice and shake.
Rim two martini glasses with sugar. Pour in pumpkin martini and garnish with ghost peeps!
