Nutella cookies! Need I say more? How about Nutella, white chocolate, toffee, pretzels and sea salt. Intrigued?

These cookies are the perfect combination of sweet and salty. A light, soft and chewy cookie that is sure to be a hit at the cookie exchange. Nutella Cookies


  • 1/2 C. butter, softened
  • 1/2 C. Nutella
  • 1/2 C. brown sugar, packed
  • 1/2 C. sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 1/3 C. flour
  • 1/2 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 C. Heath toffee chips
  • 1/4 C. pretzels, crushed
  • 1/2 C. white chocolate chips


  1. Preheat oven to 375 deg. F. Combine the flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt in a bowl and set aside. With a mixer, combine the butter, Nutella, brown sugar and sugar until fluffy. Add the egg and vanilla until combined. Gradually add in the dry ingredients until combined. Fold in toffee chips, pretzels and white chocolate chips. Roll into 1" balls and bake for 8 minutes.
