I love Shamrock Shakes but haven’t been able to enjoy one since I stopped consuming dairy. This year, I decided I no longer want to be left out and made my own dairy free version! This is so quick and easy, and best of all it taste great, you’ll never miss the dairy!
Here’s what you’ll need:
Blend all ingredients in blender (I use my Magic Bullet, I love that thing!) and pour into a glass. Makes one large serving. To finish and make it extra fancy, garnish with a drop of dairy free whipped topping and a sprig of mint.
