Last week Denise shared with you her yummy recipe for Candy Cane Chocolate Chip Cookies. This week it’s my turn to share a cookie recipe with you and I’ve chosen my recipe for White Chocolate Peppermint Red Velvet Cookies! These cookies are crunchy on the outside and soft and gooey on the inside. With a hint of peppermint and white chocolate chips these easy to make red velvet cookies are sure to become a favorite!
Note, I used the Betty Crocker brand red velvet cake mix. It has pudding in the mix which aids in making the inside of the cookie soft and gooey.
I brought a batch of these cookies to Thanksgiving dinner. My brother, who can be picky, asked if I would be making them for our annual cookie exchange. I told him I would and he said, “Good, make about 9 dozen”. I guess he really liked them!
Don’t forget to bring a copy of your recipe to your cookie exchange to share with others. You can download our editable cookie exchange recipe card here. Edit the pdf in Adobe Acrobat or hand write your recipe.
