There is weight loss something to be said for shutting down your kitchen at a designated time, and making bo conscious effort to spend that time winding down and easing yourself into sleep. This post really rang a bell with me - am feeling that same sense of frustration after 3 months of exercise and careful diet I have lost half a stone but I feel that I deserve to have lost more.
