T25 or insanity to lose weight: Is T25 an Effective Workout Program?

I want to lose around 50 pounds so I know I need to find a work out plan. This means your body will continue to burn more calories after your workout is over.

I just have a couple questions! I am an average weight women. I am so on the fence about T

Maybe T25 would work better for you. Hopefully, the change up will help you lose those pesky last pounds, the hardest ones. The All-Access Pass allows you to stream all 3 of these programs and see which one you like best.

Just thought it was an unfair comparison. I have had a hard time finding time to work out the last few years with work and wekght, and T25 is awesome for that. If not, are there other systems that I can follow besides Insanity? The short duration is said to eliminate all excuses for not having time to workout. I have up to 1 hour per day to work out. My question is, regardless of which program I purchase, if I choose to do more than one exercise a day 45 min for the insanity exercise or 25 min for the T25will I get faster results? Do you think it would be a good Idea to do weights in the morning and Insanity in the evening. You would end up overtraining those muscles and plateauing.

Hi Steven, honestly if you weighg you can stick with it this time, I think Insanity would be the way to go to get you to where you want to be by June. Meaning if you are burning more calories than you are eating you will lose weight, eat more calories than you burn and you will gain weight. These workouts are intended for Insanity graduates.

I am now 2 weeks in to the T25 program and loving it. This is something you can only get through Team Beachbody and is only available for a limited time.
